About

Guiding you towards clarity, strength, & resilience

You deserve a space where you feel understood, and that's what I work to create. I support individuals, couples, and first responders navigating trauma, ADHD, and relationship challenges. I take a person-centered, integrative approach, drawing from CBT, CPT, SFBT, and the Gottman Method in ways that fit your goals and the work we're doing. I selected an office location that supports privacy and confidentiality, including both front and rear parking, with consideration for the unique concerns often shared by first responders. Whether we're deepening connection, processing trauma, or clarifying next steps, I'll help you build clarity, resilience, and meaningful change. Together, we'll move toward healing and growth at a pace that feels right for you.
